Ladies and Gentlemen,

The controller of your personal data is DREWPOL SP. Z O.O.

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of establishing or maintaining a business relationship between you and DREWPOL SP. Z O.O., for direct marketing of products or services offered by Drewpol Sp. Z O.O., and for sending commercial information as defined in the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, provided that you have consented to receiving such information.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), or (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The legitimate interest pursued by the controller is to establish or maintain a business relationship with you and to engage in direct marketing of products or services offered by DREWPOL Sp. z o.o.

The categories of your personal data that we process include personal data that comes directly from you (or has been provided on your behalf) or personal data that has been collected from publicly available sources, specifically: first and last name, email address, contact phone number, and mailing address.

Your personal data will be stored and processed until you request its deletion, request a restriction on its processing, object to its processing, or request its transfer.

We use your personal data collected when entering into the contract and during its term for the following purposes:

  1. the conclusion and performance of the agreement between us—for the duration of the agreement and for the settlement of accounts following its termination;
  2. to fulfill our legal obligations, such as issuing and retaining invoices and accounting documents, and responding to complaints within the timeframes and in the manner prescribed by law;
  3. detecting and preventing fraud—for the duration of the agreement, and thereafter for a period until claims arising from the agreement between us become time-barred; and, in the event that we pursue claims or notify the competent authorities, for the duration of such proceedings;
  4. establishing, defending, and pursuing claims, which includes, among other things, the sale of our contractual receivables to another entity—for the period until the claims arising from the contract become time-barred.

Personal data stored for the purposes of sending commercial information and direct marketing will be stored and processed until you withdraw your consent to its processing, request its erasure or restriction of processing, object to its processing, or request its portability.

We share your data with other individuals and entities that process data on our behalf and are involved in carrying out our activities:

  1. our employees and other entities that act as intermediaries in the sale of our products and services,
  2. entities that operate our information and communication technology systems or provide us with information and communication technology tools,
  3. entities that provide us with advisory, consulting, and auditing services, as well as legal, tax, and accounting assistance,
  4. other data controllers that process your data on their own behalf: entities providing postal or courier services, and entities providing payment services (banks, payment institutions), for the purpose of issuing refunds to you.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing, and to data portability.

If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.

You may submit a request to us (regarding personal data) to:

  1. correction (amendment) of data,
  2. the deletion of data processed without legal basis or posted on our websites,
  3. restriction of processing (suspension of data operations or non-deletion of data—as requested),
  4. access to data (including information about the data we process and a copy of the data),
  5. transfer of data to another data controller or to you.

If you do not wish to receive any advertising or promotional information from us, please send an email with the subject line “@” to biuro@drewpol.pl to unsubscribe. Your email address will then be removed from our mailing list, and you will no longer receive our newsletters. All advertising and promotional messages will be automatically blocked.

In certain situations, you may object at any time to our processing of your personal data (including profiling), if the basis for the use of the data is our legitimate interest or a public interest. In such a situation, after reviewing your request, we will no longer be able to process the personal data covered by the objection on that basis, unless we demonstrate that there are:

  1. valid, legally justified grounds for data processing that are considered by law to take precedence over your interests, rights, and freedoms, or
  2. the basis for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
